Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@unionmarts.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us at support@unionmarts.com and include photos of the damage or issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
